If Jesus’s only objective was to forgive you of your sins so that you can go to heaven, He would not have spent 33 years on this earth! He would have immediately came down, died on the cross, resurrected, and immediately went to heaven! BUT, He came to this earth to demonstrate the freedom you can have, the purpose you can live, and the difference you can make when you let God and the Holy Spirit work in your life. Sin doesn’t have to define you! Temptations do not have to define you! Your addictions and your past, they do not have to define you! You can walk in the authority that Jesus walked in!
